The vibe

It's not everyday you get the honor of photographing a couple with the best energy who also happen to be some of your dear friends. Luckily for me, the stars aligned in November 2023 to photograph my long time roommate, friend, and fellow wedding creative, Callie and her now hubby Christian's timeless, 70's, intimate wedding in the ever enchanting El Chorro wedding venue in Phoenix, Arizona. 

The Wedding
It's always difficult for me to not get teary at client's weddings, so you can believe the waterworks were there for my sweet, bubbly, always ready to boogie, best gal's wedding day. Cal and Chris met in 2019 and have been inseparable ever since. From their intimate first look, to having their families crowd the dance floor for a surprise Dancing Queen flash mob, it was a day perfectly attuned to who they are and what their love encompasses.

Our friend and beautifully talented colleague, Paris from Events by Paris, did the perfect job bringing Cal and Christian's desert garden soiree to life.
